Silvretta High-Alpine-Road:

Distance approx. 150 km Travel time: 2 h 45 min
Toll for Silvretta High Alpine Road From Braz we start over the Arlberg Pass towards Landeck. On the S16 at the junction Paznaunvalley through the villages of Kappl, Ischgl to Galtür. Via the Silvretta High Alpine Road, you will cross the villages of Gaschurn and Schruns to Bludenz. Back to Braz. More information about the Silvretta High Alpine Road. Silvretta Hochalpenstraße.

Timmelsjoch - Meran - Klostertal: (I)

ength of the route: approx. 300 km, travel time: 6 h 20 min, toll for Timmelsjoch

You start Braz - direction Landeck. In Landeck then turn right towards Reschenbundesstraße. Via the villages of Prutz, Pfunds (shortly after Pfunds is then the turn-off to Samnaun) and Nauders towards Reschenpass (1,508 m). Then continue in Italian to Schlunderns, Schlanders and Merano. In Merano then continue to St. Martin as far as St. Leonhard. In St. Leonhard turn onto Timmelsjochstraße (2,509 m). Via Sölden it goes along the Oetztal to Oetz. In Oetz then take the Inntal motorway and back towards the Arlberg Pass (1,793 m). More information about the Timmelsjoch.

 

Appenzeller Tour: (CH)

Length of the route: approx. 305 km, travel time: approx. 5h 15 min

From Braz, drive towards Feldkirch and then continue to Hohenems. At Hohenems/Dipoldsau you pass the border and then take the A 13. At St. Margarethen you leave the motorway again. You then pass the villages of Rheineck, Lutzenberg (haufen) and Wolfhalden and thus reach Heiden, from where you can then continue the tour according to the map

 

Tour along the Lech valley - Lechtal:

Trip distance: approx. 150 km (Hahntenjoch) or 190 km (remote pass)
Travel time: Depending on route plan: 4 - 5 hours

From Braz via the Flexenpass (1,773 m) to Lech, Warth. In Warth turn right towards Steeg. Through the Lechtal it goes either via Reutte and the fernpass (1,210 m) to Imst. From there via the Arlberg pass (1,793 m) back to Braz or, and this is our recommendation, as there is always more traffic on the long-distance pass in summer, turn right in Elmen towards Hahntenjoch (1,884 m). Via the Hahntenjoch, we then head towards Imst and from there back.

 

Bregenzerwaldtour:

Length: approx. 190 km
Travel time: 2 - 3 h depending on route selection

From Braz via the Flexenpass (1,773 m) via Zürs and Lech to Warth. In Warth continue towards Hochtannberg (1,676 m) and then along the Bregenzerwaldstraße to Egg. From Egg to Schwarzenberg, take the Bödele to Dornbirn.

From Dornbirn you can make the return journey to Braz via the motorway or you can make a detour to Bregenz.

 

Furkajoch:

Length: approx. 102 km
Journey time: 2 h 5 min

From Braz direction Bludenz to motorway exit Bludenz West/Nüziders. From there direction Ludesch/Thuringia to the Great Walser Valley after Sunday/Faschina. Via the Faschinajoch (1,486 m) to Damüls. From Damüls, branch off over the Furkajoch (1,759 m) along the Laternsertal via Batschuns to Übersaxen. Übersaxen - Dünserberg to Thuringia. Then from Thuringia to Ludesch via Nüziders - Bludenz to Braz
