Reservation infos for guests at the Landhaus
General deposit and cancellation conditions:
In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, the entire reservation time will be charged.
Cancellation costs: In case of cancellation up to 3 months before arrival, we charge the deposit amount as a processing fee, up to 30 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 50%, up to 14 days before arrival 75% and from 14 days before arrival 90%.

Reservations are only considered to be firm reservations once a deposit according to the confirmation has been received. You could send down payment by giving your credit card number and expiry date as we do not wish to incur any charges on bank transfers. Once a reservation has been made (accommodation contract) the Specialist Association of the Hotel Trade's General terms and conditions for the hotel industry (AGBH 2006) come into force.
We accept cash payment in EURO, Visa, Mastercard and Austrian, German, Swiss and Dutch atm bank cards.
For reservations of less than 6 days we charge a short-stay supplement according to the pricelist.
Pets are NOT allowed in our pension

Holiday cancellation insurance
In order to ensure that you do not lose any money if you are forced to cancel your holiday we offer a holiday cancellation and early departure insurance package AT A REASONABLE RATE. If you are unable to travel due to illness, an accident, death, significant damage to property, life-threatening illness of a relative and/or loss of one's job through no fault of one's own you will incur no costs (empty bed fees). Your deposit will also be returned minus insurance to you. We will charge you EUR 75,00 per room or EUR 125,00 per apartment to insure you for your whole stay with us.
And how is this done? Confirm the insurance in writing within 24 hours of reservation.
